Parent FAQs

Aloha,
My name is Chris Alsup and I am the Executive Director of Grace Place Hawai'i located in Windward Oahu. We have been producing faith-based musical productions for over 30 years across the US and are creating our own center here that instructs young people to use their God-given talents to change the world. We teach every facet of dramatic musical theatre from singing to stagecraft. We are meeting in multiple locations on Windward Oahu in 2026 and would love to learn more about your student and their interests and abilities and how they would like to develop their gifts and abilities in the future.

Some programs require an instrument (ukulele/guitar). We can provide guidance on affordable options, and some shared materials may be available depending on the class.

That’s normal. We build confidence step-by-step and create a positive, encouraging environment.
